YES! REALLY NONE..NO INSIDERS OR ANYONE WHO TRADES A COMPANY'S SHARES BASED ON MATERIAL NONPUBLIC KNOWLEDGE.


In my opinion,Since the former board members settled amicably,no one had to respond to depositions about their trading activity before or after they were removed for cause.
