AMFE was NET profitable (2 Q's in a row) while the EcoPrO3 sub made ZERO... Snakes was covering the overhead (engineering, patents, hiring, management, bills, etc) AND still making NET profits.

This deal will help improve the #'s nicely, because both subs should be self sustaining, or close... They might not have their best margins (but still good) on the first deal, while they get the setup/planning process down to a science, but we are looking at massive profits pilling up in future quarters, as the training wheels come off!

... all ya gotta do is buy and be patient. This is going to be a red hot penny stock the rest of the year. Noooooo doubt.

Snakes will get a boost from the holiday shopping season, which is historically the best Q... and EcoPrO3 will get a boost from California's legalization/pesticide regulations kicking in.

$200,000,000++ valuation by January imo, based on substantive fundamentals/math, not hype.
