You said it very well. Since Gotshalk is under litigation with the SEC and Campo fled to Columbia going to a foreign exchange makes perfect sense. If there is a spin off and it does take place. NEWC will be gone. There is too many problems that Campo will be unable to resurrect.

This is just my opinion.. Make sure you do your own DD.
