I am so back and forth on this company.
With the recent PR about Sannabis, and the Spinoff - and lack of coal related business PRs.. im getting a weird feeling hes going to let the coal operations die off with NEWC and use the spinoff to keep the MJ operations going. Could it actually be that Cargo is right and theres something dirty going on @ NEWC and hes trying to distance the MJ operations from the company?
I worry hes going to let NEWC and its coal operations get delisted because he cant obtain the required funding due to inability to file the fins, because of whatever it is hes avoiding telling shareholders.
The auditors have been paid, 3 months ago.. one of the filings has to be done, it could have been released. Why would they withhold?
Why is releasing ALL of them at once, once theyre finished; the best option?
I feel like hes strung us along to fund operations for MJ, and then hes going to spin off the successfully funded business with our money we gave him - and let NEWC die.
