Rocket....I appreciate the article discussing the differences between IPO's and Spin offs.....one thing however which was not mentioned was if it is common for the company, doing the spin off to keep a percentage of the new company as an "investment"??? I've seen this before and it makes a lot of sense IF the company being spun off is expected to perform well!! Do you have any thoughts on if you prefer AMFE to keep say 25-51% of the new Interloc-Kings company shares or instead to give them ALL AS DIVIDEND SHARES to AMFE shareholders???
