It does get better over time.

I have an 05 Avalanche. Prior to the DV I was lucky to get 15 mpg on the highway. After a few months I started to see 19-20 and have seen at least that regularly since.

I got mine installed in 2011. No problems at all, and emissions barley register when I get it smogged.

The product works. You'll see some good results.
