That's contrary to how most people feel regarding CEOs of companies they're invested in. People generally are happy to see the company out spreading the word at investor conferences, medical conferences, etc. It's when companies go radio silent that most people get upset. Glickman was cool, calm, and collected even when Cramer railroaded him.
