I may be wrong but I think the LG license expired in 2010. Merritt is

waiting on the right time to collect back money and license LG. It wouldn't

hurt my feelings if he would tell the shareholders what year he thinks the

timing is right. If they are infringing immediately is the right time.


I would have fired the best in class license team years ago. My personal

opinion is Loophole would have gottten more license in his tenure as a

shareholder than these clowns have done in almost 45 years or ever since

they started getting pay checks from IDCC as the word working just

doesn't fit.
