Because they had done it several times before with other want to be display companies. The government spent millions on 3d Display technologies, but would not give 3DIcon a single dime!

No Money failed to deliver and all the hype and projections/forecasts of federal funding over the three years was complete BS. I still have the 06/19/14 presentation to shareholders where they forecasted they would get over $20 million in government grants over 3 years starting in late 2014 - 2016. They showed a slide with all the previous 3d Companies getting similar grants.

They also projected CSpace revenue streams starting in 2017. Where have we heard that before? Hummm. Mighty fishy!
