Well you know buybacks are always in the language of "up to $1 million." so they could buy $1 worth or all $1 million. I wouldn't want them to give definitive language of promising to spend $1 million either, since they may need that money to make an acquisition or invest in something else that's better for the company. If they would make a definitive statement but then don't do it, I'm sure somebody on this board would jump on them for being liars.
