I spoke with Chris Plant (yes, on an actual telephone).

He thanked me for my investment in JAMN and reiterated that he and his "team" has been working hard to bring the company back to profitability. He went on to say that they will be releasing news and announcements in the future but didnt have a firm grasp as to the specific timing of said announcements. When I asked about how our company intended on Peg the 2.4 million dollar settlement to the Marley family, he said he was not in a position to comment on that at this time. It was a 3 minute conversation and I did not really expect much more than that. Anyone else that states they've been in touch with him and knows anything specific, is more likely than not, not being 100% truthful.
