First off, so far I have bought and sold this stock 3 times for a profit of close to $29,000....not bad when you consider some people are sitting on hundreds of thousands of shares for months on ened and have not made a penny.

And I notice you didn't bother to answer the question I posed to you LEE....

"If NDOL delists prior to their admission to AIM, would they not be disappearing? What obligations will they have to keep you informed about anything?

So far I have heard that the company is "too busy" to distribute info....yet they will spend hours talking to select shareholders....

They have an opportunity to distribute info that some investors might find relevant, and very positive....such as where in the listing process they are.... but yet choose to keep shareholders in the dark. It is NOT secret, as the listing process is a very transparent process....as the LSE designed it to be. (Have you ever heard of a pink having wonderful news to share and NOT sharing it?)

Read the AIM admissions procedures for oil and gas companies and see how much info they have to compile and present for scrutiny at the start of the process....and wonder why they don't think it should be shared with their shareholders.....including audited financials which they find "too cumbersome" as one of the reasons for delisting. They MUST present them to the LSE...why not to their shareholders?

Yesterday, someone criticized me for not having NDOL's best interests at heart. That is absolutely right!!!! Anyone who puts the company's interests before their own is destined to lose far more than they win.
