Agree that full ownership of Bellissima by Iconic Brands is a good thing, but I don't understand why that isn't done yet. It's just some paperwork and an agreement by the 49% owner to give it up. Plus we don't the deal. If all that happens is OS doubles to add them in, there's no benefit.
