If you listen to the CEO radio interview, he said from time to time, we may tap into shares to sell in the market with no discount when in need for acquisition. The acquisition of Big Red Transoport is a huge acquisition for BTGI. It sounds to me that they may have used some shares to cover some transactions on the deal recently and it is dwindling down.

As a matter of fact, that by itself is a positive indication that the closure on the acquisition is going forward. It could happen anytime now.

Make sure that you are over loaded and not miss this lifetime opportunity. This does not happen very often in the penny stock world for a company with a Price to Revenue ratio of 0.09, with a north of 30 million in revenue just for FY2017, ending September 30, 2017.

BTGI has recently added 35 trailers and now about to add Big Red Transport with 27 trucks, 38 refrigerated trailers and currently 38 customers.
