I'm not totally sure, but my guess is that all the shares we're purchasing at .0001, aren't being supplied by a seller, but instead are being supplied by a naked shorter... Someone who is betting that dilution will resume or that the company will simply disappear. Hopefully EHOS proves them wrong!
