Pegs,

Gelest has produced 2 production runs of CHS and both had low yield and disappointing results. That was a quote from the conference call.

They have two new runs going on now and plan to start shipping in August for pre-orders. The size of the orders are small for testing purposes only.

Pricing is being created for 10's - 100's grams of CHS. I was not convinced they know how to price larger orders at this point.

10Kg per month is Gelest's capacity.

They also mentioned there are a lot of variables in CHS and each application requires a different recipe, so to speak.

Semi-conductors and batteries will take 6-12 months for research and another 6-12 months after to get any new products to market.

CSpace has scalability and weight chanllenges. They are still working with Silicone chemistry at ND. University of Adeline in Australia has materials they are looking into as well. Total of 3 options for the display space in the works.

Dilution is coming, but they are looking at capital markets that will be less dilutive. As I mentioned in my other post, the pps is the key for keeping the dilution down, but it will happen.

Also, all the Preferred B shares have already been converted into common shares as part of the RS. They will come off the one year restriction on October 1st, but the officers will be required to file if they sell and are limited to 1% of the OS per quarter by Rule 144. They can each sell roughly 468k shares per quarter if they choose to do so. That is about $140k worth per officer, per quarter. I bet they want a bonus!
