No Licenses signed = no fix fee lump sum revenue recognition.

I'm sorry, but MANAGEMENT and BEST IN CLASS SALES are a joke. Other than the 4 licensing reported in 2016 (Huawei, Apple and two extensions of existing licneses), the company hasn't brought ANYTHING to the bottom line.

So much potentiall; so much opportunityand so much disappointment.

Hundreds and hundreds of small companies out there in the world and we can't bring one of them to the table !

I say it is disgraceful for Merritt and the board.

IMO, they need to sell the company and let someone with expertise in licensing and sales take over.
