A reverse split is only good on a stock that has no Bid. How are you ever gonna sell your shares at no bid? Reverse splits are not good for trading stocks. SMMW is not trading. We can't even sell it for a loss. So, SMMW will need to do a R/S so that some of us can get out even at a loss.
