You are correct in FTR will NOT be paying "today". Having tried to "INFORM" over several Posts This Writer is saying over and over that FTR will NOT do any conversion till sometime next year, that is 2018. Any conversion will be predicated upon the FTR Common PPS.
Obviously subject to variance in price and quantity of common awarded per Share of FTRPR.
