The MM's have an automated algorithm being used on NTGL to control the pps. They used the same algorithm on NTEK in recent months, but with NTGL it's too transparent because they don't have shares. You can easily identify when their machine learning algorithm is at work....
So there ya go, the 'experts' have 'splained it. From 'experts' on the mechanics of pennystock market transactions AND artficial intelligence - so expert that they can 'easily identify when the machine learning algorithm is at work'.
Seriously, ya can't make this funny stuph up - well, nott without a few sheets of blotter acid in ya and 45 minutes anyways (TM-Nasfan).
Apparently it is, however, incredibly HARD to identify obvious penny scams run by CONvicted felons just ~OUTT of prison (e.g., NTEK, NTGL) - and stuff like revoked corporations with no management or directors or place of business or registered agent. THAT apparently is very, very hard to identify.
