That is sensational My funds...I've never been to NJ, but the weather choice between there and Scottsdale is a "no-brainer"!!! I think you'll love it!!! And for the old saying "Don't marry a stock"...it is very wise for "day traders who buy into junk stocks for a quick hit of profit. But, for those investing in actually solid companies...with strong fundamentals, marrying those stocks is also VERY WISE advice!! And I certainly think AMFE falls into the second catagory....haha!!
