I haven't had much time for DD and posting. I'm still very very very

IMSO:
I still believe company/product buyout is the STRIKEFORCE company goal! $SFOR team has remained lean personnel wise for a reason and have major channel distribution partners!
CSI/ACS executing the promissory note to buy the Keystroke Encryption (KE) IP last year after MSFT/PF settlements, but hasn't paid the 9M yet and we know has until 30 SEP 2020 to pay -- the agreement was done AUG 2015 and promissory note signed less than a year later in 2016 after a 800lbs Gorilla/MSFT settled!
![wink](/images/emoticon03.gif)
Okay so that's the KE/KTLS IP that $SFOR currently owns, but obligated to ACS, therefore $SFOR cannot sell to another entity unless the 9M isn't received by 30 SEP 2020. Then comes the Crown Jewels -- OOB/MFA IP and IMSO is worth Multi-Billions in the double digits -- 10B+ -- ACS cannot afford to buy, even if 1B! BUT....the owners of the newly spun-off McAfee (currently non-PUBCO), TPG/INTEL can and will use with the McAfee Security platform....AND....INTEL TPM embedment! We know will be used for non-McAfee platforms/enterprises too. In the DOD we use McAfee!

Going back about 7years - INTEL bought McAfee platform capability at the time for around 7.6B!
When considering the above, the $SFOR channel distribution partners will be doing the large contract deals of which $SFOR gets 15% and 20% when PID is used. $SFOR will also continue to sell their GID/MT/PID products and collect fees from their channel partners. Once more settlement wins occur providing further validity and value, I expect to see complete buyout - which could take place early as EOY18! If not, definitely by 2020! I seriously believe we move out of penny land by EOY17!
Okay so CSI/ACS buys the KE/KTLS IP and TPG/INTEL buys the OOB/MFA IP. $SFOR does still get royalty fees after the CSI/ACS purchase, but at a reduced rate - I think by half. They just received a Multi-Billion dollar OOB/MFA buyout by then anyway!
Back to McAfee being non-PUBCO: TPG/INTEL will be taking McAfee PUBCO and a perfect solution is via a reverse merger! This would be a huge savings done this way and we're talking Multi-Billion dollar valuation! $SFOR has sold their products/assets and can wind-up biz ops and $SFOR becomes a clean debt-free trading shell for possible reverse merger. The $SFOR possibilities here are truly astonishing!
![wink](/images/emoticon03.gif)
I'm very confident/comfortable with my $SFOR position and continue to add when possible! I look forward to the EOY17 for the 2nd half of the year catalysts that will be very very very good!

I base my serious opinions on factual DD that present astonishing possibilities!

All the best,
