KittP - excellent post.

A picture painted on most OTC stock boards is idealistic or sardonic. The bigger picture of why such artistic license is allowed is a real head wrecker isn't it? It's a struggle to observe the boundaries crossed because time, money and justice operate on different wavelengths.

Which one is the most important for changing behavior?
