The internet is littered with clones, misinformation and cheap devices and crap that is worthless.

MFST lasers are RX and prescription only. Anything on ebay and Amazon is not FDA cleared and not for doctors.

810nm is misused all the time. Light therapy claims the same.

Here's a clue. TM lasers are 2000mW, not 250mW. Makes all the difference. Oh Yeah, Cynosure Laser company just sold for 1.65 billion.
