Sum of the Parts More Than Market Cap

Ronin sees more value in PPHM than the $150M or so market cap when they came in. Now $240M. PPHM in current form was valued properly, under current management, BOD.

They, and now others, see more value if managed under adult supervision and governance of capital deployment. Even if $1B realized in 12 to 24 months in monetized value, it's a 6X for them, and us from a few months ago. I'm ok with that.

Been how long since PPHM was valued over a $1 billion, and on the following Monday, vaporized?
