I tell you guys, this Ronin thing really has me confused! I too am not pleased with the way management has handled our company
But if Ronin is as smart as some think they are, given all their ability for DD, why would they invest such a large sum of money into our company. And by the way kept adding recently. They researched our officers back into the 1990's and pointed out all their deficiencies. They disagree with the whole business plan and of course the used salaries of our officers.
Question for Ronin, why now? I'm sure you knew the business plan and the officers salaries when you begin investing.
