MLCG dumping shares at $0.0001?

The toxic deathspiral financing shares are being issued at 50% discount to the share price, putting further downward pressure on the share price.

No wonder they were forced to increase the share authorization to 15 billion shares.

Looks like a reverse split is in order, next, after the share price drops soon to no bid, $0.0001 ask.
