rather simple, with a few modifications pertaining to my pattern.

1.) Volume Spikes on the chart of certain amounts relevant to the float in the past few months

2.) .0006 resistance break with the .0010 major resistance in sight for the 3rd time

3.) Company states they hired a well known PR Firm

So here's three, mainly based off a mix of speculation, technical indicators and company news. It's a similar pattern I found with ICNB.
