I see it as those in VNGE before the merger. As of today there were 1,002,134 shares outstanding and I'm sure that will be the same figure tomorrow. If you buy one of the current 1,002,134 shares you are getting the additional commons. Kind of a way of giving the current owners a 5% stake here. I don't see any out of context.
