"no significant need" equals a legal necessity? They cannot deliver on the next converted note - see what happened to ecig when they couldn't deliver.

share raise is standard business practice and without it the new management would be handcuffed beyond believe so I guess we are on the same side but they have explained why and its all good news IMHO
