And he has already put the expertise in place.

Sounds so easy, but remains a very common problem for companies attempting to transition to the next level. Most see it as giving up control and refuse to let go. Year after year after year. And remain stuck in a rut. More recently however, some progress has been made in that regard; one baby step at a time.
