Hypothetical question...let's say someone offered 800 million for Bellisima right now. What would shareholders actually even get? Lets say someone owned 100,000 shares - which with our current OS lets round down to 800 million OS (or $1 per share buyout). A normal company (who owned the brand 100%) you'd think your 100,000 shares would be $100,000 correct? But with this company only owning 51% of Bellisma ...what would they technically be worth $40-55K?
