There is a reason USR* and OWc* ran from sub penny to .15-$3 with the exact same SS 350mo/s. Potential $ billion drugs in pipeline.

Biotechs like this run on future potential of these drugs, not cash on hand as bashers continue to point out. Most BIOS are $100m's in the hole yet trade @ $100m+ market caps. Truly a rare opportunity at these prices. Only the beginning here IMO"
