Let's say Black Rock wants to ruin some shorts and buy 3 million shares

with limited supply they would run the market straight up. The shorts

would have to cover and run it up even more, that's how you do it provided

the market makers don't decide to run it up. Trust me if they ever decide

to run it they can.
