I kind of forgot about those stations. I do recall saying to myself they seem to be improving their bottom line under lower oil prices. Which I viewed as a favorable sign.

Q2 could be the quarter to indicate their future for the foreseeable future. If well connected investors are aware of this then I can understand why the PPS is going higher with almost no news.
