They can't hold back on the press releases. Not only is it against the law to not announce significant events within a few days of them taking place, but #3 is going to open regardless of their filing status... deals like Nintendo are not going to wait around for uplisting, which could be months from now (worst case)

If they put all news on hold, I bet shareholders will become even more restless/impatient and we will drop as people leave to chase the next flavor of the day. Expectations need to be fulfilled... you can already see how impatient people are getting, which is just a fine line from frustration and dumping in pennyland
