An RS done anytime (except to uplist) with a Pinkie is considered by shareholders as a negative move and they will respond with selling. It always results in at least a 50% haircut for those who hold. It becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy fueled by fear.

Having great sales in conjunction with an RS won't have a positive effect here on the PPS because icnb shareholders only get 25% of the value they should be getting or would be getting with normal Pinks because of structure Rich has created.
