To Kazzz3 and others who may need reminders:

The CEO himself addressed the issues you are referring to, last years dilution and debt as well as the future plans and the share increases.

I recommend listening to the entire interview but the 12 minute mark to about 15 minute minute mark he talks directly about the old debts and dilutions that accord in the past. "NO Dilution at all!!!"
