In reality, whether or not this Big Red deal closes or not and they do have stellar revenue, EARNINGS are the key and that is probably the caveat here. HOW could a stock that has that much earning be trading UNDER a penny? It doesn't make sense. Must be more to the story here? I'm long and hope it flies, but there HAS to be a reason it's under a penny and people are getting ready to flip once and IF it does hit a penny by end of month.

I'm not selling a thing, but could take some time to get to that nickel I think?
