If it was that lucrative, I'd finance it through a bank, not share it with shareholders. On the other hand, if very risky as evidenced by 6 previous attempts, I might love having shareholders to carry the burden. Then I wouldn't be risking my money, a lesson likely learned in some of the previous 6 attempts.

Hard to call this. Can see the potential duck quacking though.
