In this usage, "Bellissima licensor" should be read as "the entity granting a license to Bellissima." The same document uses the exact same terms in the preceding paragraph when referencing BiVi:

"On May 26, 2015, BiVi LLC (“BiVi”) entered into a License Agreement with Neighborhood Licensing, LLC (the “BiVi Licensor”), an entity owned by Chazz Palminteri (“Palminteri”), to use Palminteri’s endorsement, signature and other intellectual property owned by the BiVi Licensor."

My point was never that Christie Brinkley doesn't want to own any of Bellissima/ICNB. It was that CBS Sunday Morning had the facts wrong in its tease of the story. I expect that at some point Christie Brinkley will exercise her option to purchase 1% of ICNB at the price of .001, but we have no evidence that she has done so already.
