I'm thinking, and correct me if I'm wrong, but people that aren't as speculative and want to play it safe want to get in on this when it's basically a sure thing. Those people are smart for doing that, don't get me wrong. If you're going to put a good chunk of money in it makes sense. With this share structure that sort of grabbing at shares could drive the price up fast considering the amount of shares available. Those of us who've got cheap shares can really benefit from this...if/when it does happen.
