No manipulation here, clear as day, they chose to sell ATM. With all the buying Ronin had been doing , this would have easily eclipsed a buck. If there is any shenanigans going on or any complaints to the SEC, it would be clear to pinpoint .

WHY WERE THERE SO MANY SHARES SOLD ATM AT A TIME WHERE MANAGEMENT HAD A FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP THIS OVER A DOLLAR .

Hello folks not rocket science here. Of course if this RS does not reduce shareholder value, than maybe there is no issue, but does someone in the know benefit because of the RS and the holdback of share price appreciation.

I think either way this management team is screwed, or BOD. Interesting times indeed
