The Texas authorities? That's funny brother. I actually worked with Pilgrim many years ago. I have stated that before. We contracted to them. At the time I worked for Permian Lide. Have done tons of work for ConocoPhillips and several other Texas oil companies. While I do not lay claim to know all I can say here is it's a waiting game for all of us. Oil companies rework old wells. A lot of oil wells are non producing right now due to prices. Would you pay me ten dollars an hour if you were making 5? Just bad business. I'm not on here saying yes we will all be kazillionaires next week. I guess we can all agree to disagree brother
