I have been researching oil stocks for 20 years and oil scams for 7 years. I know what reworking a well or field is. PGPM does NOT have the wells, leases nor wherewithal (money, equipment or expertise) to do such work. PGPM CEO's can't even get the terminology right or apply the correct methods to a given situation. They are using an old con tactic of dazzling unsophisticated and ill informed "investors" with secret untapped riches that don't exist and are in FACT actually liabilities.


The Texas authorities will not be amused by the blatant misrepresentation and fraud committed in the face of the many previous litigations.
