Interesting statement: "patent is worthless". Considering they are selling petri plates because of the patent then that would mean the patent is not worthless.



Prove it. How many have they sold in 2017?

It's a complete patent for a real and valuable technology.



It's an untested patent to technology that hasn't produced any significant cash flow.

A patent provides legal rights. Anyone violating a patent is violating the law.



That's up to a court of law. Patents are overturned in a courtroom all the time. Pick up a newspaper. A printer ink company had a patent on their technology and just lost a patent infringement case (last month) against an ink refill company. Happens all the time.
