The fundamentals have me holding strong here. If Zion hits the oil in that area then I believe they could meet that quota based on the 2015 discovery of oil in Israel. Massive quantities, 10 times more than whats usually discover was found. If they actually hit that oil there is no telling how high the pps can go...
