I bought in 2004, sold in 2007.

Took a bath. Then they got their s**t together so I bought back in 2009. First few years were rough, but I held on.

Looking back its obvious that until Bob took over they were just going south, price and company. Bob took over in 2008 and since then the price has gone up and the company has become solidly profitable.

From a business standpoint Bob has been very successful. Could he have done better with communication? Yes. But I'm not going to be able to knock success.
