Shorts are being given much too much credit here for the share price. This stock price is News driven and dependent on one thing now that permitting is ongoing. Either they get a financial partner or partners, or they don't. If they do, the stock price goes up substantially. Without any News from the company, the stock price will continue to lag, and move lower. We need to hear from the company.
