Your very first post sums up the perspective of many. BIEL management has for whatever reasons - incompetence - lack of business ethics/calculated deception - stubborn arrogance/ego - lost the confidence of the investing community. Even though the product has limited effectiveness it surely has a place in the market. W.C. Andy & kin seem to be quite satified with how thing are moving - the entire Whalen family have had shareholders money in their pockets for years. IMHO
